About Gina’s NVC Work
Gina offers, in conjunction with other NVC collaborators, advanced trainings in Nonviolent Communication. This unique path works towards:
- Liberating ourselves from past conditioning and belief systems
- Recovering our power, creativity and the meaning of our lives
- Transforming the way we live our lives from scarcity to fullness consciousness
- Fully integrating NVC consciousness into our bodies
- Embodying our ideal of loving kindness and presence
To achieve this, Gina's vision of NVC favours:

- Understanding the impact of our beliefs on our reality and choosing differently

- Mastering the art of expressing our authenticity in all spheres of our lives
- Using various forms of sound and movement to deepen our awareness of what’s alive in us
Group Trainings
Group trainings in NVC cover different topics and are offered in various lengths. Gina offers workshops from 2 days in length to 17 day long NVC integration programs (in English and/or in French).
She offers trainings to businesses, non profits, prisons, spirituality centers, community settings, universities, youth centers, etc.
Group size can vary from 12 people to 80 people

GENERAL NVC, at various levels:
- Intro to NVC (Level 1) 2 to 3 days
- Deepening of NVC (Level 2), 2 to 3 days
THEMATIC WORKSHOPS AND RETREATS
- Deepening of Empathy in NVC (2- 3 days)
- NVC and Intimate Relationship Trainings at different levels (3 to 5 days per level)
- NVC and Healing Workshops (2 - 7 days)
- NVC and Core Beliefs (5 - 10 days)
